How long until we see a real number?

Most teams connect their sources and publish a first dashboard inside half a day. Nothing is migrated. Ether reads the tools you already run.

Where does our data live?

In the European Union only, encrypted at rest and in transit. Ether is SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant. A data processing agreement is available on request.

Can we change plan mid-term?

Yes, in both directions, at any time. Changes are prorated across the current period. There is no lock-in and no exit fee.

Does the trial need a card?

No. Fourteen days on the Studio plan, no card. When it ends your workspace goes read only until you pick a plan. Nothing is deleted.

Is there an API?

A full REST API and outbound webhooks ship from the Studio plan up, with JavaScript and Python SDKs maintained in house.
