Hosting

The website is served as static files from a content delivery network with points of presence in the European Union.

The Ether application and all customer data are hosted separately in EU regions. No customer data is processed on this marketing site.

Privacy

This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Aggregate page counts are collected without cookies and without any identifier that can be linked back to a person.

If you contact us, we keep your message and email address for as long as needed to answer it and to meet our record-keeping obligations, then delete them.

You may ask what we hold, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it, by writing to the address above. We answer within one month.

Data processing

For customers, Ether acts as a processor. A data processing agreement covering sub-processors, transfers, security measures and breach notification is available on request and forms part of every subscription.

The current sub-processor list is provided with the agreement and customers are notified before it changes.

Intellectual property

The name Ether, the site design, its copy and its illustrations are the property of the publisher, except where a third-party licence is noted.

Company names shown as customer specimens on this site are fictional and used for demonstration only.

The content of this site is provided for information. Figures describing performance, availability and time saved are measured across our own customer base and are not a contractual commitment.

Contractual commitments, including any service level agreement, are set out in the subscription agreement.
