Is the trial really free?
Yes. Fourteen days on Studio, no card, no call. When it ends the workspace goes read only until you pick a plan. Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged.
How is a seat counted?
A seat is a person who can open the workspace in a given month. Read-only viewers on Studio and Estate are free and uncounted.
What happens if we go over a limit?
Nothing breaks and nothing is throttled. We tell you, and the overage appears on the next invoice at the same per-unit rate.
Can we pay annually?
Yes, and it takes two months off the per-seat price. Annual agreements can be paid by invoice and bank transfer.
Do you offer a discount?
Registered non-profits and companies under ten people get 50% off Solo and Studio. Write to us from a company address.
